Delete your heyMemo account

Your data, your call.

In the app (instant)

1. Open heyMemo and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Everything is deleted straight away: your account, saved items and their photos, tags, chats with Memo, price watches, connected chat apps and notification settings. It can't be undone.

Without the app

Email hello@heymemo.xyz from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my heyMemo data". We delete your account and everything in it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Used heyMemo through a chat app?

If you saved things through the heyMemo bot on Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp or Telegram:

• Send disconnect to the bot to disconnect that chat account. Things you already saved stay in your heyMemo account.
• To delete those saves too, delete your account in the app as above, or email us with the subject "Delete my heyMemo data" and tell us the chat app and account you used.

What we keep

Nothing from a deleted account. Items other people saved into a tag you shared stay theirs.
